About this property

Hakuna Matata EP629 is a beautiful modern home! On the ground floor you will find the first two suites. To the left, the first offering a king and sleeper sofa. Complete with kitchenette and full bath. To the right, the second offers a twin over queen bunk bed, kitchenette and full bath, and a door leading out to the pool. Upstairs, to the left side, the two bedroom suite. The first is a king, with a full bath. The second offers two bunks with a full bath. Complete with a kitchenette. To the right, you will find the main living space. Offering a king suite and full bath. There is also a washer and dryer, half bath, full kitchen, a living room with ample seating and a sleeper sofa in this space. Plan a multi-family or generational getaway with quick access to town and a short cart drive to the beach. There is a lift to help bring luggage and groceries to the second floor! Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100+tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please mention when making reservations!

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- PARKING: Guests have access to the house’s car garage, in addition to a large driveway for plenty of parking.

First time to Port A

This was our first time to Port A. The stay was a great experience, it almost lost a star, because of the Sparta condition of the property. No way to rinse your mouth in the bathroom, one hand towel for 2 people in the bathrooms, there were no games or decks of cards as listed and the weather was damp a lot causing a need to stay in. The pool needed some attention to make it a plus for the property. The elevator was a real plus for older folks and moving provisions to the second floor kitchen. The local grocery, IGA, is well stocked and made up for any missing items. The kitchen is ok, but the dishwasher needs an update. Door leans down and dumps dishes. The 5 families overall liked the property and the comments are meant to make it a spectacular property. An early checking, say at 3pm would have been a nice touch, but understand turning a properly around may require the later time. Highly recommend a golf cart rental. We were unsure of it value initially, but ended up using it a lot. Have a Great Summer, Jim

Relax and refresh

This is an amazing place to stay with friends and family. The layout is pretty cool, it’s like four condos under one roof. It worked so well for our group and gave everyone more privacy. Each room has its own bathroom which made it so nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Family get together

The property was wonderful for everyone having their own space but still having a large area for everyone to gather. We loved the pool. It was perfect for small children with a shallow end that they can stand up in and steps on both end and in the middle. We loved all the areas that the family could gather outside and the large living area inside. We will definitely book the house again.

Near PERFECT Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time planning a trip for my family to Port A and Port A Vacation Rentals should be your first choice in Port Aransas. The place was absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Exactly like the pictures and the descriptions. Everything we needed, besides the beach and fishing, was at our fingertips. We did have an issue with the pool heater. I paid $100 extra to have the pool heated but the heater was having issues the entire time. They came to fix it the last day we were there, said it would take a few hours to work, but it sadly never did. When we woke up in the morning to check out on Sunday, however, the pool was nice and heated. Sadly we were unable to enjoy it. Only negative on our trip.
