A Perfect Stay

We stayed here with another family and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There was plenty of space to hang, sleep and a whole mudroom dedicated to ski gear and wet clothes/boots. The house is several minutes to town and about twenty minutes from Mt. Snow. We went for morning hikes on the snow shoe trail which was gorgeous and only steps from the home. The owners graciously left sleds and snow shoes for us to use (they even left us some fresh eggs from their chickens) Everything was clean and cozy and inviting. An awesome week! We would love to stay there again!

We are a retired couple who split our time between VT ski house and our beach house in CT. The better of two worlds.

Why they chose this property

We are close to everything but have the beauty of a secluded quiet setting. We love the open plan and beamed cathedral ceiling with lots of windows so even when the weather isn't ideal you have the feel of the outdoors.
We have wild turkeys that visit, chickens in the summer for fresh eggs and lots of hiking , cross country and snow mobile trails yet the fishing and swimming is just across the road near the beaver pond. Restaurants are amazing and an easy drive to MT Snow or Stratton.
