Welcome to this amazing place where you can enjoy and have a great time with family/friends. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Inspired by the Colorado Mountains, our Cozy retreat features 4 bedrooms 2 baths, 1700 sq ft home is a great base for ski/mtn trips or a getaway to Denver and Boulder metro..
Centrally located this mountain getaway is close to everything exciting:
10-15 minutes to Downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder.
The space
You’ll love this place because of it’s location and layout - great for business travelers, families, & groups.
Enjoy our newly remodeled home with all brand new furniture and appliances.
Surf the web with ultra fast Wi-Fi connection. Entertain yourself with big screen TVs( Youtube TV, Netflix, Amazon prime included).
Also for entertainment board games, Poker set, Football Arcade & Mortal Kombat arcade, Foosball table and Cornhole.
We are located right between Denver and Boulder along the Highway 36 corridor. The City also attracts tourists to its Butterfly Pavilion, Water world, Golf, Hiking, Golden, Red Rocks, and all the outdoor activity Denver has to offer.
Plenty of Fantastic Restaurants and bars just a few minutes away.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house and yard. We also have a patio and a fire pit for our guest’s to use.
The garage is also available to use for parking if needed.
Guest will be provided an access code to the front door before check-in.
