Beau Soleil is a breathtaking house located in the prestigious neighborhood of Destin Pointe. It's a unique spot due to its close proximity to a special beach with calm waters protected by the jetties, making it a beloved location for snorkeling. What's more, it's just a four-minute stroll from the house!

This lovely home boasts multiple balconies, a community pool, tennis court, and stunning views of the East Pass. The exterior features large balconies with a view of the East Pass, an outdoor living area, and an observation deck accessible via a spiral staircase. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a cozy farmhouse kitchen, and beautiful living areas. The third level also includes a queen bedroom with its own private bath.

On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms: a primary king bedroom with a private bathroom and a large private balcony, a queen bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom, and a bunk room with a private bathroom, perfect for kids and singles.

Parking is available for up to three cars in the garage and driveway on the first level.

This property is truly awesome its a breath of fresh air and the comfort is over rated , check-in is as simple as 123 its spacious enough for a family to be together comfortably ; yet you can get away to your on island.

We stayed for the end of the year weekend, the house was beautiful, very comfortable and clean; close to the ocean, we watched the fireworks from the back porch. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for a longer stay.

Wonderful Place to Spend Christmas

This was our first VRBO rental and I guarentee not the last. The location is beautiful. The house was perfect. It had all the comfort of home. We had 7 people for the weekend and never felt crowded. The customer service of the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.

Overall, Great Home Great Location! The home was beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The bikes were great. I grew wear and tear items in the home.... but seriously, the home was great. Vacation

We enjoyed this home and had a comfortable stay. This was some of families first time to florida and the home was relaxing and had plenty of space. We had a few hiccups with one room (bunk room) had a dirty bed with Cheeto crumbs. I would also recommend getting new pans for cooking as the ones provided were not in the best shape. We ended up buying two new pans and leaving them behind for others to use. Overall, it was a good vacation and we enjoyed our time.

Great location but Needs a deep cleaning

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The house is in need of attention. The bedding was so worn, the sheets ripped. I had to spend several hours cleaning the floors and other areas of the home. For the price, I expected cleanliness. The washing machine smelled of mildew, so washing my personal clothing was not available. If you charge the price I paid, I expected the bare minimum clean floors and decent sheets. Hopefully, this will change for the next family.
