You’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive in our friendly neighborhood and comfortable home, all while being close to the action and fun of the Big Easy. The entire lower unit is yours.
This neighborhood in the former “cotton press district” features turn of the century Greek Revival, Victorian, and Creole Cottage architecture. The home is conveniently located less than a mile away from the National WWII Museum, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and historic Coliseum Square Park. The St. Charles streetcar and Mardi Gras parade route are only a few blocks away, making this the perfect “home base” no matter when you visit!

We live in Minneapolis, but fell in love with New Orleans after multiple visits. Our home there is an escape from the Minnesota winters and we enjoy hosting other travelers looking to enjoy all that the city has to offer!

This home is part of the historic Lower Garden District, and retains many original features, including the dutch windows and exposed brickwork. It's central location in a quiet neighborhood is the ideal setting for families and small groups of guests looking to explore the historic Lower Garden District, Garden District, and Irish Channel, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the National World War 2 Museum, Convention Center, and historic French Quarter. During Carnival season (January through early March) the home is only a few blocks away from the St. Charles Ave parade route.
