This home is so quiet and comfy. We just loved it! It is only 2 blocks from the Mishawaka River Walk which we enjoyed every single evening of our stay. The home is roomy, the beds are super comfortable, there is a tv not only in the living room, but all the bedrooms as well. The ice cream shop just down the street is great.

We rented this place for Notre Dame graduation weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The location in Mishawaka was super convenient to get to and from campus. The house itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. No complaints at all—everything went incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend!

Our weekend was great! Brian was a great host, he did a great job of checking in beforehand and afterwards to see that everything was right There was ample parking around the whole house, which was great for our 3 cars & 4 guests.

The house was so nice and it was plenty of room for me, husband and kids! The kids loved having a tv in each room. The books were cute. The only problem we had it was freezing in the living room; It was not insulated enough for people to be warm or enjoy hanging out there for the winter

Great place

This property was huge, it had more than enough space. It was very clean and near local restaurants. Less than a mile from a town square that featured local eateries, bars, breweries, beautiful river views, mintues from Notre Dame and grocery stores l. I would stay here every time I'm in south bend and recommend it to others, 10 out of 10!
