You will love our Presidential Suite the view is awesome. It is located on the second floor in the corner with the best view of the lake. Our complex is centrally located in Phoenix at I 17 and Peoria Ave for easy access throughout the city and state. It is a very spacious two bedroom with Kingsize beds and TVs in every room. Power reclining sofa and screened in patio with dining inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry in the unit. Heated pool, spa , tennis courts and lake access too!

Beautiful updated condo!

Very comfortable condo, with amazing LARGE screened in balcony. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely updated in kitchen and bathrooms.

Spring Training Trip

Property is very well maintained. It has a nice screened in porch/patio and everything is in good working order. Property overlooks a pond/lake. Lots of birds and nice scenery. It is close to several spring training ballparks and good food. Owners were very helpful and took care of all our needs.

Lovely, surprising getaway in Phoenix!

To have the little reservoir pond/lake just off the balcony and be able to watch (this time of year) ducklings, ducks, geese and turtles was very relaxing. The walk around the lake is gentle and used...but not too busy. The two king bedrooms are wonderful. Check-in was easy. Place to park nearby. Management very responsive.

Short Trip

Arrived Friday afternoon..host emailed us the info to get into the condo…easiest arrival we have ever had. All the pictures we accurate. We were only there for 3 nights. The beds were very comfortable…everything you needed in the kitchen was there as well. We would definitely use this condo the next time we visit the area.

5-Star Resort

The unit had all new and/or updated everything. The bed was comfortable, and the Owner responded quickly to any questions. We loved the 1 mile walk around the pond, the screened-in balcony that contained a television and ceiling fan and the pool. It was also easy to get access to the gas grills. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, as well as the metra-rail that will take you downtown for 1 if you are a senior.The only negative thing about this property is all the homeless around the area; however, they leave you alone and stay off the secure property.We would definitely stay here again.

Great view

The condo is exactly as listed, great view, comfortable furniture, beds and clean. Great view of the pond and nice walking path around it that is secure and you need a key to access the pond and pool area. The only concern is all the homeless around the neighborhood. The HOA is working hard to keep them off the property but I still saw a couple people walking around the parking lot and asking for money, usually in the evening.

Perfect for grad weekend

This location is perfect location for graduation weekend. The walking path around complex was a perfect way to start the day. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, meals, etc. appreciated the free bottle of preseco ♥️. The ac worked great and the co Reed screen deck was very relaxing to enjoy mornings and evenings . The wagon came in handy for move out day of graduate. The condo is only 10 mins from college. We really enjoyed our stay Only suggestion is to place shower mats out for use . We found them in a closet after when putting towels away. We would definitely come back when my other family graduates soon.

We loved this property! The condo was very nice, with a great view of the lake. The screened in patio was a highlight. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the tennis court and pickleball courts had just been painted. The grounds were immaculate. We will be back!

Why they chose this property

Desert Shores is a very nice complex located at 28th Drive and Peoria area in Phoenix. It is very close to the I-17 for easy access all over the city. We have a small lake with walking paths and nice landscaping, it is approximately one mile around the lake. We have a heated pool, spa and lighted tennis courts. All these areas are private and are accessed with a key we provide. You will need a car to get to restaurants and shopping which is about a mile away.
