Multi-Family/Generation home, 3 bedrooms with king beds, 1 with a queen, & a bunk room, 3 bathrooms. Oversized great room & dining table for gatherings and playing games. Large kitchen & separate work area.

The house is exactly as it was shown. There are so many wonderful things to share about this house. Starting with the ease of communicating with the owner. The beds were very comfortable, the showers worked great and offered nice towels, the kids LOVED the back yard with the play house and swing set. The adults had fun with the piano and pacman machine. The kitchen was stocked with any type of dish you might need including spices. It was a nice touch to have a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator. The ice maker was amazing and offered more ice than any other refrigerator I've seen. The living space and dining space was very spacious and managed our family 9 very well. In the lower level bedroom there was a nice variety of toy boxes for the kids to enjoy as well a game closet full of games for all ages. I will definitely rent this house again and share with all of my friends.

Great family gathering spot

Arrived with grandparents, their kids, and their kids. The many bedrooms gave each family a bedroom and the bunk room worked well for the cousins. Large gathering spaces had plenty of seating and the backyard had something for each age group. A overhang allowed for outdoor seating during rains. The large hot tub was wonderful. Touristy Tarpon Springs is just up the road and Busch Gardens reasonably close as well. Location could not have been better. Good selection of beaches and trails and the drive to/ from the airport was not difficult. Check-in was a breeze and all communications were quick and helpful. WiFi was robust and 5G was flawless. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well although the dishwasher worked hard to get everything clean. Great space. The week was perfect for our extended family.
