Welcome to ’Winetopia’ - Walking distance to Russian River Brewery, Windsor Golf course, a short drive to Sonoma County Airport, Healdsburg, wineries, local bars, and world class dining.

With a spacious backyard area, Winetopia has 4 BR & 3 full BA, and contains everything you need to have a wonderful visit to Wine County.

Enjoy sitting on the front porch or in the private backyard by the Fire Pit after a long day of wine tasting. Upon request, we offer winery & restaurant recommendations.

**Please note this is NOT a party house and is a quiet neighborhood**

Lovely Stay

We had a great time at Nicoles place. It was central and easy to get to, extremely clean and incredibly comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Sonoma Wine Trip

Property was very well maintained and in a prime location to Sonoma wineries. There was a nice outside seating area, and the home was a perfect space for up to 8 people. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic!

This is an amazing property. Very comfortable and extremely well appointed. Excellent location with tons of options for nearby tourism or just relaxing. Would highly recommend and would stay again. I should add, the property owner provides excellent communication!

Wonderful place to stay

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, modern and updated, and the gazebo is perfect for sipping wine and seeing the action in the kitchen. And the location to wine country is perfect. Communication with the host is super easy and she is very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great wine country house.

This was one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed in. Very clean, well stocked with cooking and laundry supplies. Even had markers and tape for marking wine bottles for shipping. Nice outdoor patio. Nicole even sent a recommendation list of favorite vineyards, restaurants and excursion driver. Can’t say enough good things.

Race Weekend

My group rented Winetopia for 2 nights to participate in the Sonoma 100k ultra run. It was an easy 30 min drive to our race. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to have our meals in and be in a comfortable space. Nicole checked in with me prior to and after our stay. I was so grateful for the late checkout on Sunday.

Perfection

This was The most well stocked house any of our group of 6 have ever stayed in! And the ‘little things’ Really add up to me! Like good quality toilet paper! Air freshener! Comfy beds with soft sheets. Plenty of dishwasher & washing machine soap. Check in was seamless & all communication w/the owner was great! I Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Winter Wineland with Friends

Five of us shared this lovely immaculate home. My group really enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/den area. The super comfy sofa and soft throws made watching TV enjoyable. There was an easy on fireplace which gave the space a cozy feel. Nicole did a great job decorating the space . The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of spices, cooking oil and coffee pods. This location is very convenient to the Santa Rosa airport as well as the cute downtown Healdsburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :-)

Whimsical Windsor Weekend

We had the BEST time! You can tell how much care and love Nicole put into her Winetopia home. Perfectly stocked and with every amenity we could hope for, it even smelled lovely when we walked in. Each room is beautifully appointed and decorated -- from the kitchen to the living rooms to the bed and bathrooms. The four of us enjoyed cooking, dining, watching movies in the house then going for a long walk in the cheerful neighborhood, then off to nearby Healdsburg for wine tasting, etc. It was a whimsical Windsor weekend :)

Sonoma County Getaway

We had a great stay at Winetopia. The house was well stocked, the host communicated well, gave us great suggestions and the house was well stocked. The house was the perfect setup for 4 couples, as well. Book it! It’s a great rental!

This is such a clean and inviting place to stay. The conveniences of the spacious patio with gas firepit and very nice gas grill makes this property very comfortable.

Fantastic house

This was a perfect house for a weekend getaway with a group of 7 friends. The host was super responsive, everything was exactly as you’d hope. Walking distance to Russian River Brewing. Would definitely stay again.

Winetopia creates great memories

This place was so lovely and Nicole was awesome to work with! 6 Adults stayed here and everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was well appointed, beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. Outdoor area was spectacular. Close to everything you might need, grocery stores, walking trails, wineries! Would recommend this in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories!

College Reunion

This was the perfect place to stay for our reunion. The location was perfect for a variety of wineries. There were 6 adult women staying here. The furniture allowed for comfortable lounging & visiting. The kitchen was complete so we cooked at home 2 nights. The fire pit was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the evening. I would highly recommend this house.

Girls Weekend in Napa

Overall we had a great time. If you've never been, it's a ways away from Napa, Yountville, etc, but there are many nice wineries in the Healdsburg area that we really enjoyed. Very convenient to have groceries and food delivered. The home had everything you needed to stay for a few days. We cooked most mornings before we headed out and things were not necessarily the easiest to find (spread out all over), and a complete set of pots would have made cooking a lot easier. The home is exactly as it appears in pictures, the home is very comfortable (beds are amazing), and plenty of room for a group of 5. Very clean (we actually witnessed the cleaning ppl leaving when we arrived). We really enjoyed the outside space and the large couch for TV watching on the lazy afternoon where nobody wanted to go anywhere. I would definitely stay here again if we had no intentions on going in to Napa. The $80 one way Uber rides can get expensive, but like I said... great restaurants and wineries within a 15 - 20 mile radius.

Wonderful stay!

The home was perfect for a party of six adults! Very clean home and was very comfortable for all. We all enjoyed the outdoor fire pit which was perfect to sit around with a glass of wine each evening. Excellent communication with owner. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great time. The house was clean and perfect for our group. I appreciate all of the special touches in the house and loved the outdoor space. The wineries are not that far away.

Birthday Celebration in Wine Country

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Winetopia. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with cooking pots, pans, glasses and appliances for making meals if you want to (we made a great dinner one night). There were no plenty of Kcups for morning coffee for 6 and the beds were comfortable for all- in all 4 bedrooms. Check in was simple & super convenient to the Sonoma airport. Wonderful- I highly recommend

Comfortable clean home
