Newly renovated interior and super clean!
Our Neighborhood- located in a quiet neighborhood as close as you can get to all of the action, yet secluded enough to provide stress-free relaxation after a fun-filled day.
Additional Details- In addition to the basics, the kitchen comes equipped with a gas range and everything from spices and oil to baking dishes, mixing bowls and cooking utensils. Our home also includes a Pack'n'Play, booster chair with tray, and a standard washer and dryer, located in the garage.
Getting Around- Just a short driving distance away from anything and everything you might need!
Orlando International Airport- 23 minutes
Disney Springs, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios- 10 minutes
Disney's Animal Kingdom- 13 minutes
Magic Kingdom-14 minutes
Sea World/ Discovery Cove- 15 minutes
Universal Studios- 20 minutes
Cocoa Beach/ Kennedy Space Center/Ron Jon Surf Shop- About 1 hour.

The host was very responsive and receptive to our family's needs. We were travelling with our infant for the first time, but Brett just made it so convenient for us that everyone had a great time. The place was so cozy and conveniently located that grocery stores, Disney World, restaurants were all very near. Also, it seemed like a safe neighbourhood to stay with the family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the required utensils and basic condiments.

Wonderful place to stay!

I rented this place for the week of spring break so my sister, and I could get together with all the kids. Its a short trip to Universal and right around the corner from all the Disney stuff. We were also about to park in the garage which gave us access to charge our teslas during our stay!! Would highly recommend this place and stay here again if we return to the area.

Nice single-family house in a quiet and safe area. Comfortable beds. Large shower with excellent water pressure and heat, with built in shampoo and body wash pump bottles. Plenty of towels. Responsive and helpful host. Two of the bedrooms share a wall though, so you can hear the person/people talking in the next room.
