This is a 15th floor corner 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with 2 balconies, right in the heart of Gulf Shores with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and an endless sugar white sand beach bordering the coastline of Gulf Shores, Alabama! The beautiful Island Tower Complex offers an outdoor beachside pool, and indoor heated pool, a fitness center with a view, and a sauna. This condo is surrounded by restaurants. An ice cream shop, restaurant and a beach shop are right across the street and within walking distance of the Hang Out and Shrimp Festival!
The balcony is colorfully furnished and ready for you to enjoy while relaxing with a cool drink or enjoying a great meal. All bedrooms and the living room adjoin a balcony with sweeping beach views for miles for your entire party to enjoy! The main balcony faces South with a direct Gulf view and adjoins the living room and primary bedroom. The second balcony faces Eastward allowing views of the entire coastline toward Orange Beach and adjoins the two guest bedrooms.
The primary bedroom and the queen bedroom privately adjoin a bathroom. The bunk room is located across the hall from hallway full bathroom. The guest bunk is twin over full with a twin trundle bed and a single twin bed. The sofa converts to a bed and sleeps 2. All beds are made with fresh white linen; the bath and kitchen linen plus the sofa linen is provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals, except the food, plus full-size appliances including a dishwasher and a utility room with a full-size washing machine and dryer. Sample size bath and kitchen amenities/toiletries are provided for the first night so be sure to shop.
The beach is not crowded as some are because it's the first high-rise tower on West Beach. There is a beach vendor at the foot of the boardwalk for lounger/umbrella rentals, but you may bring your own beach gear which has to be removed every night. Chair rentals are seasonal.
Gulf Shores and the surrounding area has lots offer! There is "The Beach" of course, but there is a lot more close by: Deep Sea fishing charters and cruises, jet ski rentals, a zoo, water parks, golfing, put-put golf, restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theaters, a bowling alley, ax throwing, parasailing...
This is an individually owned property and is well maintained by the owner and the management company. The condo is inspected after every guest. Guests are held accountable for damages. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Minimum age to book is 25. Onsite security insures rules are followed by all.

It was a wonderful retreat even though it was for only one night. The place was clean and well positioned for access to the beach, food, stores and restaurants. Will love to visit them again.

A chilly spring break but had gorgeous views!
We loved our time as a family this last week in Gulf Shores! Even though the weather was extremely cold with record lows for this time of year we still enjoyed the beach views from the warmth of the condo with its panoramic views. Great space for all that we needed!

Beautiful views, from every window and balcony. Rooms are roomy. Too many cheap beach decorations. Mattress in secondary master is HORRENDOUS. (1) ONE key for four people staying 5 days?? Key access was easy. Dryer took 2 cycles to dry small wash loads. Location is good. Parking is good.
We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. The location is fantastic and the view is incredible. The cleanliness and layout of the property worked great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
This was our second time booking this property and we mostly loved it. The location is excellent, being an easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Only complaints about our stay are that the floors were pretty nasty, like black feet nasty, the lock on the door is way too difficult to operate and a couple of the outlets seemd to not be working. Also, for the price I would expect better pillows. They were terrible! Other than that, the place is beautiful.

Beautiful Atmosphere and Room
Everything was perfect. From the beautiful ambiance and large space of the condo, the beach front scenery, and the location of the property, everything was even better than expected. The condo was stocked with essentials to get through the 1st day and was just an overall grand experience. We will be back soon!

Great view and location...fridge doesn't get cold quickly and dryer didn't dry in one cycle took 2 or 3 cycles when washing towels.
The condo was just wanted we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we ran in to was the fire alarm went off at 1am the last two nights due to a building malfunction. So we did not get a lot of sleep but otherwise it was a perfect stay and we loved the building!
The condo was nice but had way too many decorations. We had to put baskets, etc, on the floor in order to have room on the counter. I must say that it took my sister a while to find the indoor pool. Is located on the third floor but you have to go through the parking garage to find the one unmarked door that leads to the pool. There was only one little sign on the wall with an arrow. It was very creepy. The same problem with the fitness which was on the fourth floor and actually had no sign at all. The indoor pool was cold. Thought it should’ve been heated.
This location is wonderful! Right on the beach and a corner unit so you have sweeping views! We watched the dolphins playing as the sun rose every morning of our stay. The condo is spacious and well appointed. There were a few issues we feel need to be addressed. First and most important is a cleanliness issue. We feel that there needs to be an emphasis placed on cleaning in the condo. We had an issue with the linens; I’m not going to go into detail, but it was important enough that I needed to address it with the management team. Additionally, the management team needs to be more responsive. The issue with the linens was not addressed until a day after I first brought it up. We were never given the proper codes for the amenities. Proper instructions need to be provided for entering and exiting the condo. Last, the showers were a little dangerous in that they were very slick. My sister and her daughter actually fell down in the hall shower.
This condo is amazing! Wonderful views, easy check in, all amenities you would need for a great week. Staff were awesome— especially Angie at the front. She had candy everyday for the kids and was so personable and knowledgeable. You can walk to everything from this property. Restaurants, beach bars, shops, etc. we rarely used our car at all. Bahama Bobs has great food and $3 wine and beer for happy hour! Laurias food was outstanding and the drinks and wine were awesome too. The pizza place across the street is seasonal. We caught them on the last day and the pizza was awesome. I would stay here again without question!
A couple of considerations: it would be nice if the condo provided a better broom/swifter or something to help with keeping sand up. The vaccum doesn’t work well and the broom falls apart when using it. There is a griddle in the kitchen, it does not get hot enough to even cook eggs. It probably needs replaced. There is only one key. This presents an issue when you have 2 families who sometimes didn’t eat together etc. Get alcohol before you go to the condo. The 2 places across the street are insanely expensive. Lastly, the gym isn’t good. All of the equipment needs oiled, over 1/2 of it doesn’t even turn on anymore and there are no free weights. I would bring as much of your own stuff as you can and plan to run or walk for cardio.
Grateful we got to stay here and will be back.
