Welcome to this beautiful Arcadia charmer nestled in between Phoenix and Scottsdale. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Phoenix, filled with great restaurants and shopping. Less than 10 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale.

Spacious 3bedroom/2bathroom ready for any group ranging from families to golfing buddies. The backyard is an entertainer`s delight complete with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and private swimming pool.

Grab your pool towels from the hall closet, lay out on the provided lounge chairs to catch a tan, and when the sun is winding down you can turn the pool light on to continue your festivities!

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

Great location and property for a week stay

Communication with host and hoop jumping to stay at this place is why the rating is lower. Great place for a family. Some wear and tear, but has everything you need.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved staying in your home. The location was perfect in the house was very comfortable. There were a few issues that arose, but the property manager took care of them quickly. We will definitely stay here again

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our experience at this beautiful house. Not only was it very clean but they had ample supplies for us such as detergents for clothes and cleaning products for our week stay. Also, any time we had an issue they were immediate to respond. We had a great time and would definitely use the Ion group again.

The house is in a great neighborhood and great location. The house could use some TLC along with the yard. The property management company is alright, I had a recurring issue with the microwave and most of the staff that assisted was helpful and attempted to remediate the issue. One manager was not the best in terms of handling and responding to a request for compensation due to the microwave issue. However, house-wise, the house isn’t the cleanest and there was dog waste in the yard and the house smelled of either weed or cigarettes. It does the job for what we needed

Perfect Family Rental

Overall my family and I had a great stay. This home is perfect for a small family. Both kids had their own rooms and one of the beds is low to the ground which made it perfect for my 2 year old to stay in. It also had a fence blocking the pool which was not pictured. That was an excellent surprise. Water safety with young kids is a top priority of mine. A few things could have been improved: The property management company did not impress me. One of their employees came off very rude via messenger. The night before we checked in, I had messaged them asking for the check in instructions. One of the employees rudely snapped back with a screen shot of their orignal message to me and circled in big bold red marker showing that they had already let me know that I would receive the check in instructions the morning of check in. They could have just politely responded letting me know this. I have a lot going, excuse me if I missed that minor detail from over a month ago. A rude screen shot was not necessary. Other minor details include the property landscape was pretty rough. Over grown bushes and overly tall grass. The floors inside could also use a good mopping. Our feet were always black by the end of the day from walking barefoot. Overall we had a great stay! I would stay here again.
