This home is walking distance from Portland Community College, Williams Street and Alberta Arts districts. A quick bus ride or drive to Mississippi, Dekum, Kenton and St. Johns. Easy access freeway access. 15 mins from Downtown Portland and 20 mins to the popular Southeast neighborhoods (Hawthorne, Belmont, Division).

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
12 - Please refrain from disrupting, editing, altering, or turning off the timed irrigation system, known as "The Rainbird," as it maintains itself on its own schedule and is essential for the well-being of our plants and landscape. The Rainbird irrigation system is positioned in the backyard of the home. When you step out through the patio door, you'll spot it to the left, attached to the outside siding facing south. It's situated in a corner area for easy access during maintenance and adjustments. Please be aware that tampering with the system's plug will disrupt its functioning.
