The whole group will enjoy this house with a fully fenced in back yard on a double lot. Full kitchen, living room, dining space, full bathroom, three bedrooms in main house. A kitchenette, living room with fireplace, second full bathroom and projector and bed in separate studio space.
This home does not have a tv but does have a projector to stream on.
This house does not have AC. We do provide fans. The house was lived in by the host for over a decade with no AC. There is a tree canopy shading most of the house and the bay provides a cool breeze (and also great way to cool down with a dip on high hot days)
At only 3 blocks from East Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, the location shines too!

I'm Jes. I am a Traverse City local who could talk for hours about how beautiful and amazing this place is. Instead, I'll just help host your stay here! I manage this house for the owner, a friend who lived in the home for just over a decade before relocating in 2022. We both have a great love for this city, this neighborhood, and this home.
