Location was great. Host was responsive to questions. Comfortable beds. Toys (I had to clean) but nice to have along with a toddler bath tub seat. Nice washer and dryer.
We loved this little cottage. It was secluded enough that we saw deer and other wildlife! Pretty cool. There were a few minor things I would fix but overall happy with our stay!!
Owner has done quite a bit of remodeling to this property to modernize it. A few more tweaks and this place will be a 5 star place.Very convenient to the interstate. Grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes. NFL and MLB stadiums within 30 minutes.
Overall, we had a great stay. The size was perfect for our 4 guests and was pretty-well equipped with everything we needed. The property owner quickly answered the two questions we had regarding outdoor lighting and the WiFi password. I would definitely stay again.

It was good but the lights outside of jaquzzi didn’t work.
We spent the weekend here on a girls trip. The house is an older fixer upper. The indoor remodel is really cute and homey! I was told that the bunk bed wasn’t the most comfortable for an adult but the other beds are pretty comfy. I’m sure the bunk would be fine for a child. The house was in a nice location. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. The only issue we found was that the fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Nothing major just a few bits of food in each left behind.
Visiting with teenage & adult kids.
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Right off the highway in a nice neighborhood at the end of a culdesac. Great water heater, new washer dryer, plenty of dishes, older house but freshly remodeled and decorated as pictured. Quick friendly response when propane for bbq pit requested. Basic toiletries provided.
Cons: "kids" room is an add on and although there was a vent, did not cool well however the rest of the house did. Dirty sponge left in sink, cooked food left in oven. Jacuzzi water smelled bad. I have a pool so I know how difficult it is to upkeep water balance in the heat but more frequent maintenance needed. Sheets in 2nd queen room sheets had several hairs and did not seem to have been changed, stains on comforters. Uneven floors so small bathroom door difficult to close. Lots of little bugs everywhere.
It would be helpful if starter set of clothes washer detergent, dish scrubber, counter cleaner, paper towels provided.
Overall we enjoyed our visit and our stay.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Communication was very poor until the day of. One of the beds was broken when we got there and I reached out. Once I did finally connect with Matthew he offered to come over to address the broken bed from previous renters. He did shove some boards under it to make it useable for our stay. Overall the property worked well for the 8 of us. Hot tub takes a while to warm up but was nice to have it. Door does stick on one bathroom and rub on the floor making a really loud noise and doesn't close all the way. However we did finally figure out if you lift up on the handle it makes less noise. Overall the house could use some maintenace with doors and handles but the space was nice.
