In the master bedroom you will find a full king-size bed, the master bathroom is spacious and is tub/shower.
In the guest room you will find kins -size bed and second guest room 2 FULL -size beds. Laundry is conveniently located inside the unit.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. It was very clean and there was no shortage of towels. The owner promptly responded to our texts and calls and was very nice and helpful. I only wish we didn’t have to make the daily payments for all amenities since we had gone for a family reunion and never used the amenities. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Our family loved our stay at this condo! The views are incredible and the beach is so close! If you don’t want to go to the beach the pool is incredible, with an attendant passing out towels and checking on you. The best part is how responsive our host was! Would 10/10 recommended for your Fort Lauderdale vacation.

Condo was great. Great natural light great view. Private elevator right to the unit was very convenient. Close to the beach. Owner was accessible and helpful. Facility was also good as it had a pool and a gym. Pretty convenient location close to Publix and Walmart.

This is a mixed review… renter beware. So, the actual property lovely and an amazing view. The owner very responsive and accommodating. Yet… the property is managed by “Beachwalk’. They charge you 30 per night. Get there 12am, they charge you for the whole day. Not day rate, per night. The charges don’t stop there, they charge a resort fee on food, example I paid 26 for a single piece of avocado toast and coffee. They refused to give me black coffee and don’t have it . It was a cup of cream with touch of coffee. We didn’t eat breakfast there and walked 11 min to the only coffee shop - Starbucks and Panera. In addition, the food options are extremely limited in the area. All restaurants are resort owned. Plan on Walmart as your go to. The one in Beachwalk doesn’t serve dinner. Also, the amenities included pools… no just one downstairs and crowded seats. The rooftop doesn’t exist- owner only The beach seats that you pay for, all taken by 10:30. You have to wait in line if one becomes available. So, you end up sitting in towels at the public beach which is very crowded. We Uber for dinner each night.

Beautiful view, slightly disappointed with condo

Overall, location, communication, facility, beach and neighborhood were good. However, the whole entire stay, the condo had a moldy/stale smell which was awful. Plugins and cans of febreeze tells me its an on going issue. The "luxurious" condo needed some attention and had a lack of some needed kitchen supplies etc. The beach shuttle was great, although the "included beach chairs" are 1st come 1st seve basis. We did provide feedback to the property manager. He was very responsive to any questions we had which was nice.
