Welcome to Aspen Grove Hideaway, your perfect cozy and comfortable classic mountain chalet, located in the beautiful Aspen Grove Condominium Complex near Truckee. This charming two-story rental property offers everything you need in an ideal location for a perfect mountain vacation!

INSIDE THE HOME

As you enter this beautiful chalet style home, you will find a spacious main floor with high ceilings and wood beams that includes a comfortable living room, updated kitchen, dining area and private patio, where you can enjoy spending time with friends and family. Downstairs, guests will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for relaxing, resting, and recharging for the next day of adventures!

LOCATION + AMENITIES
Located in the heart of Aspen Grove Complex, this resort neighborhood is near to everything the Northstar area has to offer! Explore the Northstar Village, just a few minutes’ walk away, head up to Northstar California Resort for alpine recreation in the winter and check out Northstar Golf Course and stables in the summer! Year-round, guests can use the facilities at Northstar Property Owners’ Association (NPOA) Recreation Center to stay active or unwind after a long day! No matter what your plans are, use the free, Dial-a-Ride shuttle service to get you wherever you need to go in Northstar.

This place was very nice, very clean and well stocked. Excellent location. I gotta say though, I'm annoyed with having to take out my own trash when I VRBO/BnB.

Great snow vacation

We just got back from my great ski trip, the condo was amazing, we were checked in by the host. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great, shuttle was easy to get to Northstar.

We loved our stay here

Such a convenient location for a nice little trip with my kids. We were easily able to hop on the shuttle for a quick little ride to take us to and from the Village for skiing or just to dine/shop/skate etc. the condo was very clean and amentities were nice. We’d love to come back!

Excellent stay and well furnished.

The condo was recently remodeled so very well appointed and love the Room and Board pull out sofa! Not often renters opt for higher end sofas so we truly appreciated it! Management was very responsive (we only needed batteries for the remote). Definitely would stay again.

nice place in a nice spot

the kitchen and upstairs living room are nice. The bathroom downstairs is nice and warm. The two bedrooms are older but work well. The beds are good too. We used the ski bus and it was a must do. While you could walk along the side of the road to get to Northstar, people drive pretty fast so that is not really an option. overall a very nice experience!

Clean property

We had a nice stay at this property. It was very clean and as pictured and a very short drive to the slopes (2min) and right on the shuttle path. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. The management is also very responsive and wrote back right away when we had an issue with the dishwasher. I also requested an early check in and late checkout and they were very accommodating. If I had one complaint it would be the incredibly loud heater - it would wake us up in the middle of the night whenever it would fire back on but if you’re particularly sensitive you can also sleep upstairs on the pull out sofa as the heater seemed less loud in the living room.

Great cabin close to Northstar

The cabin is a townhouse style property close to Northstar. It’s right on the shuttle line and about a 5 minute drive to get there. The bathroom is newly remodeled and nice. The kitchen is also newly remodeled and very well appointed with spices, pans, and everything we needed to cook meals. The upstairs is spacious with a nice sitting area, table, and couch. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and able to spread out. Communication with the property managers was great. The remote was out of batteries and they dropped off new ones and the dishwasher was giving an error and they helped us troubleshoot it. The only negatives are that it’s close enough to the road that there is some road noise, mainly in the front downstairs bedroom and that the back bedroom mattress is extremely firm. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely return.
