Modern, beachside elegance is redefined in this immaculate and newly constructed Secluded Dunes home. It's flawlessly appointed with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and expansive living areas, providing the ultimate destination for your group. Luxurious furnishings and costal décor make this polished-yet-welcoming area a perfect place to relax. The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances and a spacious island, as well as a window opening to a bar top on the screened porch. Enjoy dining on the expansive gulf-side decks, while taking in the world famous sunset. On the first level, guests can find an additional coffee station, ice maker, and supplies for their four-legged family members.

Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping accommodations. On the second level is one primary suite, featuring a plush king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower. Two additional primary bedrooms on the first floor offer king beds and private bathrooms, while a cozy bunk room features two built-in queen-over-queen bunks and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

To assist in your adventure at Our Tern, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
