This roomy, 1 bed 1 bath condo has a full kitchen, private outdoor patio space with seating and a grill. Also, there is a dedicated, off street parking space 1 block away. The unit has access from both F st through the garden or a private entrance from the alley between F and E st. New smart TV, New King Bed and Desk for remote work. Full access to the studio, Only 3 units on property! the back yard is a shared area with another vacation rental in the front of the property and full time residents next door. I loved the coziness and cleanliness of the cabin. The location was excellent and right in the middle of the happening downtown area! The bathroom was a little cramped but everything was fully stocked. I would stay here again in a second.

Overall good location, room and amenities. Easy check in and check out. The size of the shower was an issue. It is smaller than a phone booth if you are old enough to know what that is. I’m 6’3”. If you are taller than 5’9” and 150 pounds, the shower will be too small. Parking can be an issue with the designated space being in an alley a block away.

Thank you for the feedback and for highlighting the aspects of your stay you enjoyed, including the location, amenities, and smooth check-in process. We’re glad those stood out to you. Regarding the shower, we understand that personal comfort can vary depending on height and preference. While the shower dimensions are standard for this particular unit and consistent with the building’s design, we recognize it may feel tighter for some guests, particularly those who are taller. I'm 6'4" and 200lbs and it's definitely not the largest shower I've been in! Thus the reason I added the hand shower, much like you would find in an RV As for parking, the designated space is located nearby, as noted in the listing, which is fairly common in this area due to the layout of the neighborhood. The designated spot is very expensive to rent, I'm sorry you didn't find it convenient enough. There is free street parking less than a half block down the alley as well. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to make parking information as clear as possible for future guests. Thanks again for sharing your experience—we value the input and are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
