Mid Century Modern House: Beautiful, Spacious & Close To Stadium

Mid century ranch, centrally-located, less than 2 miles to UM Stadium & downtown

4,000 square foot mid century 4 bedroom home (3 bedrooms plus large office) with a beautiful private courtyard, gourmet kitchen, and lots of living space. There is plenty of room for 10 people to enjoy this house comfortably.

On the main floor, an open floor plan connects the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a second living room with a sliding door out to the private courtyard. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with a queen. There is a second bath on the main floor serving the other two bedrooms, and there is also a well-equipped laundry room.

The lower level is a comfortably finished walkout basement with a bar/kitchenette. There is a king bed. Also in the basement is recently added bathroom with shower and a spacious office with a king bed.

The house is centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and access to all Ann Arbor has to offer.

Totally Enjoyed Our Visit!

This home was very clean and spacious. It had plenty of room for nine of us with room to spare. There is a nice balance or separate spaces so it felt very roomy and comfortable. We will definitely stay in this home again! Also, the owners were extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions that we had about the property.

Incredible family weekend

My brother goes to U of M and my father is an alum, so we wanted to get our extended family together for a football weekend/family reunion. This home made the whole thing happen! This place is huge and we were able to fit 10 very comfortably. The neighborhood is quaint but close drive/walk (we walked back from the stadium after the game). The several TV rooms were awesome to watch all the other sports going on after the game, and allowed my family to spread out. The large kitchen and several refrigerators throughout the home also made serving a group super easy. Basically I couldn’t recommend this place enough, we all had an awesome weekend. Huge thanks from the Richards family!

Thanksgiving in Ann Arbor

What a wonderful Thanksgiving for our family. We enjoyed the home and all it's comforts. Very convenient to downtown Ann Arbor and all amenities. Lovely home and would definitely recommend.

Feels like home

We really enjoyed staying at this property because it was big enough for our two families to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc for those who like cooking. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very amenable and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Great time visiting friends

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious with more than enough room for our group of 5. My young adult children really enjoyed the ping pong table and projector TV in the lower level. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. We would highly recommend.

Very comfortable home and great location to get around Ann Arbor. Newly renovated Kitchen. Multiple gathering areas to talk or just hang out. We only had 8 adults but can easily accommodate more. We enjoyed the house and would rent it again. Recommended for 2020 graduation weekend families.

I booked this house for a mini-reunion over a football weekend. It was perfect for our group size - 10 people - but it would comfortably sleep more. The house was immaculate and there was a ton of common space - two living rooms, a large kitchen, and the basement - great for a group. We were able to walk to and from the stadium as well. Jenille was wonderful to work with; quick to respond to questions and so helpful during our stay. We'd definitely book the house again!

Room for Everyone!

We had such a fantastic visit to Ann Arbor. The homeowner was so nice, very easy to work with, super responsive, and thoughtful. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket of goodies; what a nice touch! The house was clean, well stocked, and located in a nice neighborhood close to many conveniences. The layout was very open and functional for a group of 10 and had enough for all the kids to kept entertained. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful, Large space and great for groups

We had a group of 10 and were back for homecoming. There was plenty of space to comfortably fit us all. Jenille and her family were super friendly and gracious hosts. Also a great perk for us tech geeks, there were plenty of devices for streaming, wifi, and a huge projector screen to watch TV. Definitely recommend staying here.

A2 Home Away from Home

We love Ann Arbor and as with any rental situation, there are always concerns. From the very beginning (making the reservation), questions along the way and follow-up, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and accommodating owners. This home is situated in a quiet & safe residential area within minutes of the stadium, athletic campus, downtown and all the area attractions we enjoy when visiting beautiful Ann Arbor! The home is equipped with everything including the finer details - a welcome note and care package that greet you upon arrival. Everything was properly labeled and easy to locate within the home. This home away from home was perfect for our group and we occupied the home for a full week. This home has a very spacious kitchen/ dining congregation and courtyard and also easily accommodates sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The lower level was perfect for both children and adult entertainment. It was equipped with a ping pong table, poker table, massive TV/ video screen, as well as children's toys and games. Our evening adventures were continuously cut short because the children preferred to socialize and gather at the house with everyone and play. This home is centrally located with a Trader Joe's and coffee shop within walking distance. The owners further refunded our full deposit very promptly upon departure without issue. We certainly recommend this Ann Arbor home to others and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Great graduation weekend rental

We had a wonderful graduation weekend. We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable, clean and homey. The owners were especially accommodating! The house was also close to Michigan Stadium and UM campus. We would definitely use this house again for our next visit to Ann Arbor. Highly recommend.

Our extended family enjoyed this home as it was close to the stadium, large area for entertaining, many areas to sleep and owner was local and gave a very personal touch to the home and she was accessible if needed. Very clean and appeared freshly painted and updated!

We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this home for our extended families reunion for football game! Plenty of open areas for entertaining, watching football games. High Tech TV and projection system were amazing! Many sleeping accommodations. Very clean home and appeared freshly painted/updated. Healthy walk to stadium. Enjoyed the outdoor courtyard! Highly recommend this home!

Comfortable home with plenty of space...
