• Completely renovated apartment totally equipped for a short or long stay
• Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personal experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home.
• Lounge on the front porch, take a walk to the nearby dog park or walk down Sanford Ave right out your door (This unit is pet friendly but a non refundable pet deposit will apply. Ask for details.)

Walk out your front door to Sanford Avenue and all that downtown. has to offer: Juice, wine, coffee bars and restaurants providing; other attractions include swap shops, museums, river walk, explore the historic area in a rental golf cart, River ship Romance boat tour and The Central Florida Zoo.
Our vintage bungalow has been completely renovated in 2 apartments Blue Aztec is the front Apartment with a great porch.   PET FRIENDLY.

The Blue Aztec is steps away from downtown Sanford! I loved walking to restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and the place was clean, safe, and comfortable. This was my second time staying here and I hope to stay again.

Sanford wedding

We were there to attend a wedding. Our location to the venue and all the activities that were downtown was perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Sanford is a wonderful historic location.

Our stay at the Blue Aztec was great. The unit was just the right size for a couple and was very clean. We had a small issue with check in, but our host solved the problem very quickly. We liked the location, which was in a quiet neighborhood. The front porch rockers were a great place to relax after sight seeing with family. We definitely recommend Blue Aztec for a comfortable, cozy stay in the Sanford area!
