• Lounge on the back porch, take a walk to the nearby dog park or walk down Sanford Ave right out your door (This unit is pet friendly but a non refundable pet deposit will apply. Ask for details.)


Location, location, location! Walk out your front door to all that downtown Sanford has to offer. Juice, wine, coffee bars and restaurants providing diversity in taste are plentiful. Other attractions include swap shops, museums, river walk, explore the historic area in a rental golf cart, Rivership Romance boat tour and The Central Florida Zoo. Or, chill on the back porch. Our vintage bunglalow has been completely renovated. Sanford airport 4.1 miles away.  Pet Friendly

Perfect location for downtown Sanford

I went to Sanford for a wedding and wanted to stay close to downtown, so I booked the closest place I could, which was The Mellow Yellow. The unit is rather small, like a studio apartment, but for me, it was just the right size. It is very clean and well-maintained. I did have one maintenance issue arise, but Anthony was there within minutes and fixed the issue. There was great communication otherwise too. I would book again with confidence.

I did not even stay at the property. When I pulled up next to the place (there was no parking on the street, all full), there were at least 6-8 people on the front porch hanging out as if there were a party going on, and in not a very safe area. It did not meet the description on the listing. After contacting the property manager about the situation, they stated that they “share the building with other apartments”, when it was supposed to be quiet nice area, which was not. When asked for a refund (since didn’t even step foot in there) the property manager made an excuse that it was a difficult cancellation process. I had to contact my bank to attempt to get some of my money back, as I had originally booked for 4 days. So the property manager intended on keeping my money, even though I never stayed at the falsely advertised apartment. Buyer Beware!
