What an amazing location and host experience. Was able to accommodate my mother and my sister over the Christmas holidays and provided a wonderful relaxing location to enjoy downtown Sarasota. All the accommodations are so well kept, and the linens are fantastic.

Long weekend

We just stayed 4 nights but bed was comfortable and rooms was clean and comfortable and close to everywhere we were wanting to go. Would stay here again.

Great Time

Wonderful hosts. Great communication from start to finish. We found the central terrace and rear patio eo enjoyable, we ended up having an impromptu birthday celebration here instead of another nearby property where we originally planned to get together.

Everything we expected and more

The property was exactly as advertised only we found it to be better than expected! Jojo and her team were absolutely fantastic, very responsive, extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The other guests/tenants staying in the suites were personable and welcoming; our entire stay was more than we could expect. If ever in the area, we would love the return to Cocoanut Place!
