The house features an open-concept floor plan, making it the perfect space for spending quality time with family and friends. The outdoor area is ideal for lounging by the pool or grilling out on a sunny day. For those who enjoy exploring, the beach is just across the street, Ponce Preserve is a short walk away, and the iconic lighthouse is only a short drive from the house. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer!"
