We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very nice place, nicely decorated. We were very comfortable and it was a nice location. And the neighborhood was quiet. Nice big TV was a hit with the "boys" . Nice big shower, too. We also enjoyed the coffee and yummy tea that was provided.🙂

Lovely quiet place in coco

Absolutely great. Clean, quiet, and private. Great bed. Equipped with everything you might need. Your own small house. About a 10 minute drive to restaurants, and such in coco. I'd certainly go back.

Small but great!

From the pictures I thought this unit was the whole house, then realized it is only the guest house. It was big enough for the 2 of us that stayed, was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. We had trouble using the smart TV in the bedroom, but otherwise had no issues! Would definitely stay again.

I bought this home because I have loved it since I was a kid, the river which is right around the corner has the most spectacular sun rises. All my neighbors are amazing, the neighborhood itself is charming and peaceful.
