Lavender Rays is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house located in the quiet Gilchrist area. You will love this beachfront beauty with its stunning views. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while you drink your morning coffee on the large, partially covered deck - perfect for beach gazing and relaxing in the breeze!

Enjoy the open living/dining/kitchen area with cozy seating and high speed internet for your devices. fully equipped kitchen for family meals. You will find modern appliances including a regular drip coffee maker, bar seating for four and dining table seating four (also great for game nights). For your convenience, this house has televisions in all rooms, and an on-site washer and dryer.

With 1600 square feet, this house sleeps 12 comfortably. Two bedrooms each have a king bed and the two remaining bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. Plenty of room for all your friends, without using bunk beds!

After your quick walk back from the beach, you can relax downstairs in the shade. You will love the outdoor sand shower and picnic table. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city as you relax and make memories in this peaceful area of the beach. This is a GREAT house for your family gathering!

Cargo lift is not available for guest use. No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

We enjoyed our stay but the house could’ve been cleaner. Furniture, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc haven’t been dusted/cleaned in quite a while. However Overall we had a good time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location. The house is very roomy with lots of hot water. Bring binoculars. The maintenance guy was great, fixed our issues and told us where to eat. A couple of warnings: 1. they do NOT provide toilet paper, or any linens. 2. bring a fly swatter, the mosquitoes are horrible. 3. there are no spices, and no laundry detergent. and finally 4. you are 10 miles to the closest retail establishment, including restaurants.

Great Family House - Great Location!

Reviewer Comments: If you want to be in the middle of a more populated, busy area, this is not your house. Located perfectly away from the hustle-bustle of Crystal Beach, this front-row beach house had plenty of quiet privacy and beach views with no interruptions. The house has direct access to the beach via a path through the dunes. Having grown up with a beach cabin on Bolivar, we were a little nervous about being so close to the old pass, but it has now been filled in and once we arrived, we realized there was no reason for concern. The house is spacious and well designed, with the main bedroom on one side and secondary bedroooms on the other. We had 6 teenagers with us and there was plenty of room to spread out so everyone had space. The large, and partially covered deck on the front provided hours of beach gazing in the breeze. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Swedes was quick to answer calls and questions and helped us out by replacing the rusted, unusable BBQ grill with a new one. We would definitely consider staying here again - it was a great value for the price!
