We have a pool heater that works with a pumping system whose objective is to take the hot air that is in the environment and introduce it into the water inside the pool, so the weather greatly influences its proper functioning. That is, it does not support extremely low ambient temperatures (below 50 degrees), so we do not charge any fees for its use, if said temperatures (below 50 degrees) are recorded during the stay of the client and the equipment it doesn't. t. works properly. Wonderful stay

Was pleasantly surprised how clean the house was, it was just as described, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. In addition, they were very helpful and accommodating and would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Quiet Stay

We were in Tampa for a family wedding and found this wonderful place to stay only 15 minutes from the airport and the wedding venue. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had their own space and the large sectional sofa in the living room was perfect for us to chill and watch movies together. We even got to use the pool a few times. The hosts were responsive before and during our stay. Will definitely book this place again if we get back down to Tampa.

Spacious 3BR near airport

Wonderfully restored and re-purposed property just 10 minutes from the airport. 3 queen beds, a fenced in area for the pets, and a beautiful pool. Owner has taken care to meet your needs and then some.

The property was nicer than the pictures, spotless, and the host made everything seamless. Kids loved the pool. Very close to the airport. Lastly, it actually had 2 full bathrooms not 1, which was so helpful!

Perfect for golf vacation

The house was perfect for three guys on a golf getaway vacation. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and the location was just great. The owner was very communicative, and handled our only problem immediately (no batteries for the television remote controls). I would say that it could be helpful to have more dishes in the kitchen for a larger group, but it was not a problem for us. All in all, it was great, and I would stay there again.

To start off, the communication was amazing, super quick responses. The house smelled beautifully upon opening the door, you can just tell how clean it was. The house felt super homey, loved that. The rooms were great, everyone loved their beds haha. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Only thing I would've liked were comfier blankets (might just be me I love sleeping with soft blankets) there was nothing bad about this house. The pool was asked to be heated to a higher temperature, the pool man was there within minutes. Even our dog had a great time haha! Would totally stay here again!

Outstanding customer service!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was and it was mainly because of your concierge type customer service. It started when although against policy, management went over and beyond by decorating the house and putting up a beautiful Christmas tree for my family! The house was beautiful and very clean. We were all able to swim in the heated pool on Christmas Day, and that was awesome! I asked if they had any extra paper towels and those were delivered within the hour along with some candy. We appreciate you!! It is so rare to encounter such exceptional customer service so thank you very much for making our stay so delightful!!

BEAUTIFUL house, accommodating host, GREAT experience!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was bright and SPARKLING clean, the back patio and pool were AWESOME, and the location was perfect for what we wanted/needed (10 min from airport, close to stores/restaurants/parks, etc.) The host was incredibly responsive, both before and during our stay! When I asked about baby supplies, I was told to just let them know what we needed, and they would have it for us. Sure enough, they had the pack ‘n play and high chair I requested ready for our 8 month old! :) We also had a 5- and 4-year-old with us; they had a great time and didn’t want to leave. I was so pleased with the size, layout, and overall feel of the house and back patio. The bathrooms were nice, bright and extremely clean, with big showers that I was surprised to see had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sectional in the living room was SO comfortable, and was so long that it fit all of us! We did have to bring/buy a few things to use during our stay: hand towels (there were none in the bathrooms/kitchen) beach/pool towels, styrofoam cups (there were only 2 coffee cups in the cupboard) etc., but it was no big deal since Walmart is so close. The pool itself was clean and comfortable (worth paying for heat!) and the LED lights at night were so fun and pretty. We did not know there would be a man living in a separate section of the house (to the right of front door) with his car in the driveway, but he was very friendly. Would 10/10 recommend this house!
