Our new vacation rental is a gem. It boasts a large open floorplan that features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, outdoor dining and recreation area, an outdoor bathroom, and shower. spectacular water views can be watched from multiple lounge areas around the home. Choose to relax in the comfortable screened-in patio, oversized chairs on the boat dock, loungers around the pool, or at our high-top poolside bar. Home features a covered outside bar and grilling area by the private pool. You will enjoy cruising through the mansion-lined waterways as you make your way to the open sea. There are restaurants and bars to stop at along the way. Truly a special way to spend your vacation. The home has just been completely remodeled and professionally furnished by a local design team. Everything in the home is brand new, fresh, and clean. With over 2500 square feet, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy. Come and enjoy our tropical luxury paradise!

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

Wonderfully spacious and perfect location!

This house has been recently renovated and it shows. It was super clean, well supplied, and easy to use with really nice finishes and decor. The smart TV has a single remote! We used our own credentials so we could watch on our own services. The pool is the perfect refreshing temperature for the hot FL sun. The sighting of the house makes it feel much more private. The backyard faces westerly down a canal so there isn't a house directly in your view. We had poor weather but I can imagine the sunsets are very nice at the house. We loved it! All that is missing is a boat to use! (Boatsetter rents boats). Pompano is pretty close to many places we wanted to go so it was a great way to live like a Floridian for a week! Tip of the hat to the renovation team for creating a beautiful, clean and comfortable home.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located private home. The home features a large boat dock with ocean access. Gorgeous views. Outdoor dining and lounge area that is screened in for your comfort. Outdoor poolside bar with an outdoor gas grill and kitchenette.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.
We need 24 hours notice if you need the park in the garage

To help keep the home and neighborhood in great condition, our team will briefly access the exterior of the property on Trash days: tuesdays and fridays to place bins curbside and return them after pickup. This is a quick, non-intrusive service and does not involve entering the home.

Please note that guests are responsible for placing the bins out on the day before and bringing the cans back in once emptied.
