We had very good communication from the owner and the resort is beautiful. We did not have wifi for 5 of the 7 days that we stayed at this house. I spent a good deal of time trying to work this out with the owner so that was not pleasant. The hot tub was wonderfully warm and the kitchen had what we needed for the limited amount of cooking we did. If you enjoy soft pillow top beds this home is not for you. The beds were very hard. Our kids enjoyed the game room and loved the pool. The house was very clean and I think I would have had a better feeling about this home if I didn't have to spend soooo much time trying to get the wifi to work. Spectrum finally came out and put a new modem in stating the the current modem was out dated and not working. I was disappointed that the owner did not come to the house to help with the wifi issue. they just texted us suggestions on how to get it to work and we had to stay at the house and wait for Spectrum to show up and fix it. Not cool.

When we arrived the hot tub was cold. We had previously mentioned requesting it be ready to go when we arrived by paying for heat. the owner wrote us back and said it takes 24 hours to heat up. After 24 hours it still was not warm. I contacted the owner again and he said he would send his team out the following day. On the 3rd day of our stay the hot tub felt a bit warmer after someone came to adjust it late afternoon. Although it did not get "hot" it was better than when we arrived. The home was exactly as photographed, very clean and spacious, well decorated. Fun game room. The downside were the mattresses. They were really of poor quality and very hard/stiff. I could not recommend it for those that need a good night sleep or have back problems. Other than the mattress and hot tub issue everything was good, the only other issue was out of the owners control which was the line of traffic that would back up to get back into the gated community. It was shocking how long it took and the line of cars in the street. Not the best feeling when getting home from a long day a the parks. Would I personally stay again? No...the beds were just not good and everyone was uncomfortable. Would some be happy with how clean and presenting it is? absolutely.

Hello! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are very pleased that the home was exactly as photographed, very clean, spacious, and well-decorated, and that the game room was a positive highlight. We regret the initial frustration with the hot tub heating. As communicated, the system takes up to 24 hours to reach temperature, and we apologize that a second contact was necessary for our team to make the adjustment, resolving the situation (though not fully hot) by the third day. We offer sincere apologies, however, for the critical issue with the mattresses. We recognize that sleep quality is essential, and we regret that the comfort and stiffness were insufficient for you and your family, preventing proper rest. We assure you that replacing and upgrading the poor-quality mattresses is a priority in our maintenance plan. Regarding the entrance traffic, we regret the inconvenience, which is unfortunately beyond our control, being managed by the community association (HOA). We appreciate your honesty. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again after the complete mattress renovation, for a 100% comfortable experience. Best regards,
