This is a wonderful location that is close to the action on the beach but gives you a quiet retreat in the evening to relax and recoup. If you love sitting on the patio/porch and looking at water, this is the place!
Great location. Beautiful view of bay. There is no hand soap or paper towel but there is toilet paper and garbage bags. Also, the pool/gym was closed the whole time we were there. Not the property owners fault at all but the complex management was in no hurry. I would stay again. Just need to remember to buy some houshold necessities.

This house was roomy and spacious for all 9 of us. The house was clean and functional for all of us . Even with Bike Week going on it was super quite. The location was convenient to all the stores you may need for your vacation.

Very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to a quick trip to the boardwalk. This will be our first choice for future visits to OCMD.
Great location. Near stores and restaurants. Close to pool and the bay. Walking distance to restaurants and outlet mall. Beautiful view odd the back porch. Lots of stairs up to the bedrooms.

Great stay at West Ocean City
Some areas of the house could use some attention but overall my family of 5 enjoyed our stay. House was spacious enough that we could have our own privacy. The decks were great to relax in after a day outside. The location was quiet and peaceful and perfect from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but only five minutes away. It was great having shopping, restaurants, super Walmart, and the go kart tracks so close by. I would consider staying here again.

Lovely 3 level townhome that easily sleeps 9. Family friendly, cute decor, very clean. Easy checkin parking for 3 vehicles, close to Boardwalk and close to shops. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my family. Quiet family neighborhood so if you want loud parties skip this property. I have recommended this to friends and will rebook

I loved the townhouse and surrounding area. It was beautiful and tranquil. I also loved that it was pet friendly. The basement bedroom needs to be completely renovated. The furniture could use some updating. The sofa was uncomfortable and the ottoman was broken. The tv in that room was temperamental. I could rarely watch it because it kept searching for service. That room did not have much lighting either. The washer was too small to really wash anything. The downstairs closets were junky and could be better organized. As far as amenities, there was no iron as listed and could use mote pillows. But overall, it was perfect for a family of 8.

Spacious place.
The house is spacious.
The sofa bed couch was broken, the upstairs bedroom door was locked even though it was advertised on the listing. I messaged our host about the issues, but they never came to do anything. The upstairs smells like cat pee.

The home itself was ok. It was in the most ideal location for the reason we were down there. It definitely needs to be cleaned better. The bedrooms get VERY hot at night. The bathrooms need a plumber for draining and leaky shower head issues. The home itself is ok, it isn't well managed by Vacasa. They are clearly not checking in on the property between guests to make sure pool or parking passes are left after a visit, to make sure cleaners did their job properly, to make sure garbage is put out on the appropriate days (that's their job if it's garbage day when a guest isn't staying there and they clearly didn't do that prior to my visit), they aren't taking guest's complaints seriously and addressing /fixing issues reported to them. The home was ok, but I would avoid Vacasa managed rentals.

Repairs and updates needed
The unit needs to be looked over and updated - new vacuum new bbq need to be there along with broken chairs removed and pullout bed replaced which was broken on arrival. No propane in the tank either for the bbq but nobody would use it anyway, it was completely rusted

Pet friendly bc it has pet stains on carpet
We were never contacted by owners when I texted all the problems we had. Dirty carpet, dirty furniture and dirty pots and pans and measuring cups. The tub wouldn’t drain right and the main bedroom door lock to the deck was broken and wouldn’t lock. When I notified the host by text no one called to alleviate our problems.

This property was just ok. The location was the most ideal part for me. Beyond that, I don't have many positives to say. The home wasn't very clean, there were bathroom drains that wouldn't drain properly, leaky shower heads, door locks that don't work properly, and bedrooms that hardly had working vents which made rooms unbearable to sleep in at night. There was supposed to be a parking pass to allow for a 3rd vehicle to park and I had to speak to 3 different people at the management company and practically fight to get a parking pass that was supposed to be left in the home from the previous guest. Upon arrival the outdoor trash bin was already full, so clearly not put out for trash pickup from the management company on trash day. The management company (Vacasa) is AWFUL and when all of these complaints have been brought to their attention for quite some time now based on other reviews I've read, they clearly haven't fixed any of them b/c I encountered similar issues. The photos and beds in the home need to be updated on this listing b/c we walked in and there was an entire bed, not a pull out sofa, in the basement level that isn't listed nor is it in the pics. The home has great potential for being an amazing stay for families, but I will NEVER stay in another rental from Vacasa b/c they don't take care of their rental properties at all, nor do they care about the guests as proven to me when I spoke to them after my trip regarding a separate issue and they blew me off.

Property location was nice but the cleaning of the property and supplies left for use left a bad ...
The location in proximity to everything was great but that's all I can say that's good really. There was no soap to wash your hands left aside from a couple of travel bars and the travel size dish soap. The master bathroom toilet was clogged when we arrived. The water in the hallway bathtub wouldn't go down so also clogged. Long white animal hair was left still all over the floor, bathrooms and in provided comforters which also smelled bad. Food was left on "clean" dishes were put away. Also, there was a major ant problem in the kitchen which is bad if you have food of course. All the TVs seemed to have different services to watch anything with no instructions on how our what to use. I could tell as well from the surrounding properties that this property was not as well taken care of by the owners or they're just never there judging by the age of the disintegrated kitchen tools/pans and the amount of mildew growing on all the porches that no other properties had. Made you not want to be out on the porch as much is what I'm saying. I don't know who is responsible for that be it the cleaning crew or the owners but they just do a very bad quality job at it. These things should be addressed before guests arrive. All in all the location was great but that's about it. Other places we stayed at in the past had done much better.
