The view from Caribbean Breeze unit is magnificent. Penthouse view from Master bedroom balcony. Up close is plane watching from our other balcony for those amazing pictures. There is Air traffic from time to time. Most is between 3pm-7pm. You get the best of it all, beach, pool and excitement!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all air conditioners. Put down all shutters. Leave one key in lock box. Text host you departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not put towels or any clothing on balconies to dry. Use the drying cloth rack provided in the condo.

It brings out a fun playful side of you or even a romantic side of you. Rent our condo in St. Maarten at Caribbean Breeze, you will want to come back.

Why they chose this property

Caribbean Breeze is one of the best beach spots on Simpson bay looking over the tranquil blue ocean and pool. Our condo is fully equipped for what you may need. We host the sister condo Barefoot too, in the same complex, so if you plan on having 6 people or more ask if Barefoot is available. We are on the Island to tend to your best vacation experience. Book with us, you will be satisfied.

What makes this property unique

Our two story condo has three balconies all with a view. Facing the ocean, pool & airport, not only can you relax and watch the amazing ocean and pool, for fun you can watch the planes fly in and out.. Our entire top floor Master bedroom is spacious with a Penthouse type view looking over the blue ocean. Condo has some unique extras like a BBQ pit . Fiber Optic WIFI throughout condo. Magic jack phone and local phone at no extra charge. New washer & dryer, New stove, New convection oven. Newly renovated bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
