Casa Ixchel is a calm oasis. Everything is spotless and of quality; no cutting corners on kitchen utensils, dishes, cooking tools, or furniture. It's a spacious unit and the entire casa is well designed. The entrance way and courtyard area is lovely and we were able to utilize the garage when we rented a car for 2 days. The property is quiet and comfy. The neighborhood was a bit of surprise in comparison to the casa, but we walked everywhere day and night on our 11 night stay, no problems. Getting to the central hub of activity was about a 20 minute walk. Señora Cinthia has coffee and bread ready each morning on the rooftop. The property would be perfect for a family vacation with its 3 spacious units!

One of the most Exclusive and luxurious stays you will find

This property is very private. It only has three apartments, each on a different floor. In addition, there is plenty of space out by the pool or in the two other rooftop common areas to spread out and enjoy the property. Mexican bread and coffee was set out every morning near the rooftop. The host was very easy to get a hold of and helpful with anything we needed. The fridge was stocked with drinks, snorkel gear was also available for use and we had access to yoga mats on the 4th floor. You will not regret your stay here. We had a wonderful stay!

Luxury condo

This property is just amazing and truly as pictures show. New everything and well maintained. We felt very secure with on-site parking garage. Kitchen had everything we needed for the days we stayed in by the pool. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities came in handy as the kids forgot all there toiletries. We loved our morning coffee/croissant on the roof but also loved walking to *Maple Bakehouse Panadria*. If we get a chance to visit Cozumel again we would love to comeback . Thank you
