Ideal for families - this charming in town cape home has been completely restored inside and out to its original single family design. Features 3 bedrooms own and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suites; kitchen; living room; office room with Porter full sleeper sofa.
Located on quiet, dead end street,3 blocks to downtown Bristol and the harbor, it has a large double lot and fenced-in backyard, and off street parking.
Dogs under 50 lbs considered.
30 minutes to Newport and Providence.
The space
First floor has a full eat-in kitchen, living room, full bathroom, office/den with sleeper sofa and one bedroom with a queen bed.
Second floor has two master bedroom each with their own identical en-suites, including double vanities and walk-in showers. Also, there is a separate laundry room on the second floor.
Other things to note
3 blocks from the water and downtown Bristol, 30 minutes to Providence and Newport and 75-90 minutes to Boston.
Ideal for parents and families visiting, Roger Williams University, Providence College, Salve Regina, or any of the Boston area colleges and universities.
Perfect for Wedding Weekend or the famously incredible Bristol Fourth of July - home of the first fourth of July parade in the United States, it is an amazing experience.

The house was well stocked with cooking items (pots/pans/utensils) we also enjoyed the nice touches like qtips and makeup wipes in the bathrooms. The house was very clean as well and was in a good location

A perfect place for gathering
Stayed here for a girls weekend with friends who flew in from around the country. The house was great for us, the kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals (and grill.) There was every tool we needed, from grill cleaner to a garlic press and lemon squeezer. The backyard provided a great setting for us to sit and eat. There was an AC unit in each window, which we needed. Great location. Would stay again!

Lived Like a Local!
The check-in went smoothly and as descripted. The house was in a perfect location for us. We used to live in Bristol and enjoyed being back! Our two adult children and their families joined us, and of course, our fur-baby, Pookie came, as well. Three bedrooms, three huge bathrooms, AC units in every room--perfect. All the kitchen supplies were there. Easy to maneuver around the counter extension, too.
So thankful to find an affordable, well-arranged home that was pet-friendly! Felt like a home away from home.

Western NY native and retired banker who was introduced to Bristol when my son went to Roger Williams University Law School and immediately fell in love with the area.
Why they chose this property
Chose this property because my son needed a quiet place to stay and be able to study. Purchased this fixer-upper, centrally located near town on a quiet dead end street and fully restored the home inside and out for my wife and I to enjoy as a second home once my son completed his studies.
What makes this property unique
This a fully functional, newly restored home with hardwood floor, fully functioning eat-in kitchen, living room, office/family room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two second floor bedrooms are both master suites with their own en-suites, each with double vanities and walk-in showers. 2nd floor laundry, off street parking, and a fully-fenced double lot make it ideal for families with kids and dogs.
