4 Bedroom home with a pool & spa located in the Foothills of Yuma. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and has wireless internet with 2 roku-streaming TVs in the Living room and Master bedroom. The pool area has a Gas BBQ, outdoor fireplace, Bluetooth speakers and an outdoor shower. The Colorado River is 20 minutes away and Mesa Del Sol Golf Course is next door. Corporate and Snow-bird rentals are welcome. Minimum 3 night stay and discounted rates for weekly, monthly and longer stays. Jacuzzi heating included in price, heating of pool is an additional price. The House has a 3 outdoor cameras@ the Doorbell , the Driveway and the Pool equipment.
