The cottage was very clean and had ample amenities. The host is welcoming and very good communicator. We knew exactly what to expect. She is very kind and generous too. The national park is very close and quite beautiful. There's tons of shopping in Waynesboro and it is very close.

The amenities provided were more than ever expected, there was absolutely nothing lacking, and so many very thoughtful touches that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was with Deborah! While I haven’t booked much with VRBO, I have a lot of experience booking with other websites, and our experience with Deborah was the best we have ever had. Her place was so cute, very comfortable (and cozy/warm during a period of cold weather), and had absolutely EVERYTHING you could need! She even supplied us with snacks and other things well beyond what I have ever experienced in a rental- it was like having a good friend looking after you! Her place was perfectly located for our needs, close to family and the Shenandoah National Park. We will definitely be staying again!

Fabulous host

Our host thought of everything. She made sure to have our rental stocked with our favorite coffee creamer, breakfast treats, and plenty of toiletries too. She made everything about our stay easy and we will definitely be back!

Cozy and cute

This place was a great stay for us to rest up for snowboarding. Conveniently located close to the slopes. It was graciously stocked with any type of health/hygiene product you might need. Which was convenient because I forgot conditioner and face wash. We really appreciated the stay, and will return in the future!

Best host ever!! Beautiful house with ample coffee for the Keurig; she provides any item you might have forgotten-- toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, lotion, etc. She even left a pile of fresh peaches on the table for me. I highly recommend!!

We were visiting during the autumn season to explore historical sites, the great outdoors, and vineyards (particularly Veritas). Deborah had everything you could possibly want provided for at her apartment above the garage. There was ample privacy as it is detached from the main house, and the rooms have great character. She reached out a week in advance in case we had any special requests and to explain directions. Wonderful location, and Deborah is a marvelous host (especially for such a busy woman!).
