Clean, Comfortable, Easy Walk to Campus
This cute 2 bedroom mid century home was just minutes to campus and perfect for us to check out U of A with our daughter. From the house to McCale at the far end of campus was only ~25 min walk, only ~15 minutes to Old Main. The beds were comfortable, and the living room is big enough you could put someone on the provided air bed that was in the closet. Fully functional kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Plenty of hot water for showers, and a washer dryer if needed on the back poarch. Some traffic noise in the front room, but the bedrooms are at the back and it didn't bother as at all for sleep. Wi-Fi works great, TV with all the subscriptions and cable. Cute outdoor patio area and BBQ in the back (we did not use but it's there). Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tucson. Easily could sleep 6 with 2 per bed, and 2 on the provided airbed/couch in front room. Check in was simple with key pad door. House has security system with same code as door so you can arm to stay or leave for extra security. There are three modern AC units in the walls one for each bedroom and one for front room. We stayed in mid- March and did not need them except to cool house on first day and they do work great even with the old house and single pane windows I think they should work in summer just fine. This property is on our list of favorites if our daughter comes to U of A for all of her gymnastics meets. Thank you Dennis for being a fantastic host and for the excellent service when we needed a couple things! 🥰
