The two rooms are separated by a full bathroom on the West side of the home. The larger bedroom has a kitchenette, fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, induction burner, coffee pot, blender, croc pot, kettle and basic dishes. TV in larger bedroom with wifi, basic cable & HBO. TV in smaller room with a fire stick. A secured barn door separates these rental rooms from the remainder of the home where the owners live. Side yard with private BBQ, table/chairs & a fire pit for renters’ use. Plenty of safe street parking. Larger bedroom has a queen bed and smaller bedroom has a double/full bed. Laundry room I shared between owners and renters.

Just a 7 minute drive to Catalina State Park, this single level private home is super clean and quiet. There is a grocery store just up the road which is only a 3 minute drive away. Several area restaurants are close by, plus golf courses, parks and bicycle paths.

A 30 minute drive from this NW home to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona & where there are an abundance of activities. Located a mile south of the Oro Valley Recreation Center where day passes can be purchased for $10 to use the gym and pool amenities.

NOTE: Two cats and a small non barking pup live on the owner’s side of the house. They are NEVER allowed into the rental unit area but if you have cat allergies please take note.
