Recently renovated 3 bd/2bth open floor villa. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances has breakfast bar and large dining table, the space flawlessly merges into a living room with pool view. Second living room with pool table area provides great entertainment space and it is extra spacious due to high ceilings .Screened lanai with heated pool and Jacuzzi with outside furniture and gas grill overlooks the lake (fishing included ;) ).
Very quiet and privet lot.
