Great house in a great area! Bike to the Gulf at Wiggins Pass or Vanderbilt Beach. Beautiful large 28 foot lighted pool ready for your daily or nightly swim. Enjoy the shops at Mercado Shopping Center. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home: open concept, 16 to 18 foot ceilings, large 60 to 55 inch TV's in the living and bedrooms, new King pillow top mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, 2 new twin pillow top mattresses in one bedroom, a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Large great kitchen fully equipped, washer dryer in a separate laundry room, two car garage and much more!! The house is nicely furnished. There are smart TVs in the living area, patio area & the three bedrooms! Less than a one mile bike or car ride to Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach and the incredible Mercado shopping center! Enjoy the warm balmy gulf breezes while you are swimming, sunning or dining in the many Naples restaurants--truly a wonderful experience! There are two bikes in the two car garage waiting for you to bike to the beach. I have a beautiful new concrete tile roof, new landscaping, a new pool cage and a new fence-- WOW! A higher pool temperature of 80 plus degrees is availailable for guests requesting warm pool temperatures for only $30 a night to cover higher electric bill costs. The location is perfect-- close to the Gulf and to the Mercato shopping area with theaters, shops and great restaurants.. ENJOY!!

Beautiful Vacation Spot in Naples

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

Great vacation house

We loved the house ..we loved the Neighborhood. House is elegantly furnished, kitchen fully and nicely equipped ( except for the frying pans🙂) …loved the full privacy of the pool. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house.

Wonderful accommodations here in Naples. We loved that it was so close to the beach. After a day at the beach we enjoyed the heated, colorful pool, and grilling. Close to Super Walmart (used the bikes in the garage for this). Kay, the owner is very attentive. We would stay here again.

Spacious house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 5wk stay in this spacious house. Its interior and exterior had been recently painted which provided a light and airy atmosphere. We loved the location- an easy quick walk (or bike ride, thanks to the bikes provided) to Delnor Wiggins state park beach and a park pass was generously provided. Our host, Kay, was very attentive/responsive and has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we spent many happy and relaxing hours In the lanai and swimming pool.

One of our best stays in Florida

We enjoyed everything about this property: The location, 5 min drive from the beach. Having the pass is great as you can go several times a day without having to pay, especially when you forget your sunscreen :) All types of shopping and restaurant within 15min drive Great caged pool with the patio area for dinners I used the bike several times in the quiet neighborhood, and took a ride once to the beach Kay the owner would respond right away when we had any questions. One of our best stays in Florida!

Great house!

We loved this house and the location in Naples park. Close to the beach, but still very peaceful. Tall ceilings, airy rooms and quiet neighbours. The heated pool was wonderful, and the interactions with the owner excellent. We will be back.

Wonderful property! I would definitely rent here again

The home is very nice and very accessible to the beach shopping etc. Having the pool was great especially if children will be staying. There were a few minor problems but I contacted the owner and had immediate responses. She was wonderful to work with. All of my family and guests were very impressed with this property.

Loved Our Stay At This Property

This house was perfect for our month-long vacation. The house is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood. We loved the private backyard and large lighted pool. The house was very spacious and there was enough space for our children and grandchildren when they came to stay. Kay was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely make a return visit.

Family Vacation

Great location, great pool. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping. Kay was great to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and Kay had a new machine delivered immediately, couldn’t have asked for a better response. Looking forward to next year.

Quiet, comfortable, everything we needed

Quiet neighborhood. Place is stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, beach stuff. Heated pool. Close to the beach. Owner was available every day, which was really nice if we had questions. Only improvement I would make would be updating the bathrooms but they are all functioning well.
