This is the perfect base for all of your adventures in beautiful Southern IL.

Located on a 4 acre property with several other cabins, this cabin feels private and has beautiful ad relaxing scenery. While small it has all the necessities to Sleep, eat, cook, grill, and relax!

Cabin was well laid out and exactly what we needed to this trip. Everything you needed was available and in working order (including a crockpot and even salt/pepper) Steve is an excellent host. Easy to communicate with and exceptionally helpful during the reservation process. We had a great stay and this cabin is a good base of operations for any adventure near Giant City or on the Wine Trail.

We had such a wonderful stay. It was the most peaceful, perfect get away. We went to wineries, hiked, and swam in Cedar Lake! The cabin was in the perfect location so we were close to everything!!

Great location off of route 51 that gets you to all the fun on the wine trail and allows you get to a bunch of different stuff to do outdoor. Enjoyed our stay 4th of July Weekend 2025!

A very simple cabin in a great spot for those heading to Cedar Lake, or other area lakes, hikes, or adventures. Though the cabin is a bit dated, and worn from years of travelers passing through, it functioned perfectly for me on my short stay.
