Charming bungalow with a hot tub, walking distance to downtown Nashville

This little gem in the charming town of Nashville has been completely renovated to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, an evening sitting around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub. This home is a short walk to downtown Nashville's shops and restaurants. It is also less than a mile from the new Brown County Music Center as well as 1.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

The space:
Daydreaming of relaxing by a creek? The Bluebird Bungalow is a completely renovated 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home nestled by a bubbling creek less than a mile from Downtown Nashville.

From appliances to furniture, everything is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you will need. Have a meal at the kitchen bar or dining table. The living room has a comfortable couch with a Roku TV over the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, access to the deck, and a lofted space with a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and additional lofted space with a twin size bed. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with a luxurious backlit vanity mirror over the sink.

Outside there is a spacious deck with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Off of the deck is a fire pit with wood included. The front porch overlooks the beautiful creek with a tree swing nearby.

Come to The Bluebird Bungalow and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer while not giving up any of things your life can't do without.

The day before your arrival you will receive a message containing all the information that you will need. The home is equipped with a smart lock. Your specific access code will allow you entrance.

    Although it could we walkable, it wasn't safe due to it being one lane and no sidewalk. Several things in the home we felt could use an update: the shower either needs a better curtain or a new door, the couch was very comfortable and not enough space for everyone to sit, the iron bed was very creaky, the parking area was very small and would not have fit two cars for us (we had a small suv). Sheets on one bed smelled of dog and had dog hair in the bed and duvet. The pillows were very flat. We did enjoy the location and the grounds were beautiful. Just wish for the price that the owner was more responsive and the home furnishings were more up to date.

    We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling quiet and private. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated very well throughout our stay. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

    This property is so cute!! Biggest complaint would be the cleanliness and upkeep. The shower floor was really dirty. Walls had holes in them and needed touch up badly. Other than that the set up was nice and furnished very nicely.

    The pictures are old and deceiving. You can barely shut the bathroom door when on the toilet. The jets in the hot tub do not all work. We did follow the directions. Knobs are stripped. Parking at the location was difficult. Appreciate the stay, but would not choose this one again.

    Well it was our first experience doing this, usually a hotel stay kinda family. My wife and I were looking for a little getaway and thought we would try this. While the house was cute and clean i don't think it was worth the money paid at all. The hot tub while being very secluded felt like it was sitting in a very unmanicured buggy location so we didn't use it. One of the shower doors were missing while being replaced with a shower curtain on the half that was missing. Totally unclassy and for the price we paid it really bothered me. My thought is, if repairs are needed on home disclose it, reduce price or not rent until fixed, while it didn't hurt anything it's not what was presented in pics before renting. Also didn't feel like it was within walking distance of anything if you plan on walking all day down town probably don't wanna walk there from this rental. Also no safe place to walk if you decided to do so. 2 lane curvy road that folks weren't being cautious on so we didn't risk it. The positive was very quite, and peaceful that's about it.

    The hot tub does not bubble properly. After fiddling with the broken knobs we got a few bubbles. The property is close to downtown but not walkable as it is on a busy 2 lane highway. Could use more bath linens and silverware. Shower leaks onto bathroom floor no matter what you do. Host was very responsive to question I sent. Nice little cottage overall but hot tub was disappointing.

    The house was so cozy! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and we felt so at home! It was quiet, yet had EXTREMELY easy and quick access to the Nashville area shops and restaurants. This was the best place to reset, rest, and relax! We will definitely be back!

    Trouble keeping thermostat at temperature, it kept dropping. Bathroom very small. Walkway to house is gravel and stone, very hard to wheel suitcases and cooler to door, too far to walk to downtown shops.

    This is the second time our family has stayed here - lovely home, fun roasting marshmallows and hanging out as a family at the fire pit, kids love the swing and playing in the front yard, husband loves hot tub, and this home is in walking distance of downtown. Our family loves coming here, and specifically to this home. Host is wonderful, too. Hope to return again!! I highly recommend this home!!

    We were trying to get in with early check in and they said it had to be 4:00 and when we got there the cleaner was still there and we had said we had meetings, but we couldn't get freshened up before our meeting :( She was there until at least 4:30 maybe 4:45 she had lots to do yet when we left :(

    The cottage was clean and neat and had everything you could possibly need. Check-in was easy, but the front door lock was tricky to operate. Great location, minutes from everything. Deck, hot tub, and fire pit were very inviting, but the weather during our stay didn’t permit their use. We’d love to come back again to enjoy them.
