Q: who pays for the utilities? The guest pays $600 a month utilities upfront ($20 a night). This is in addition to the booking fees. This additional charges go towards management, extra parking spots, and other overhead. Q. Can I stay for less than 90 continuous days?
A: The least is 31 days, this is a long-term rental
Q: How much taxes and fees?
A: No state taxes if you rent for 90 days or more. If less than 90 days, there will be ~9% state taxes. The website will calculate this for you
Q: Do you provide room service during the stay?
A: Room service for the entire house is available upon request (for $350 additional cleaning fee per request)
Q: Do you provide paper towels, shampoo, soap, wash detergent...etc?
A: Sorry, these supplies should be purchased by the guest
Q: Do I have access to the garage?
A: No car garages in this location. Off street parking in the dead end street is available
Q: Do you provide towels, bedsheets, and hot plate mats?
A: Limited supply and the guest bring his/her own
Q: Do you have a washer and dryer in the house?
A: Yes! no laundry detergent is provided.
Q: Can I have a party (limited and not loud)?
A: Parties are NOT allowed at this location
Q: Who takes care of the trash disposal?
A: The disposal collects the trash. You have to prepare the trash can by the front curb on Monday night and take it back to the side of the house on Tuesday
Q: I have a small dog that is well-trained and housebroken.
A: Small dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. $250 pet fee will be added (please mention that in your message to the owner).
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Highly appreciate it if you use the balcony or the outside if you smoke.
Q: What are the obligations of the host during the stay?
A: Change AC filters as scheduled, the guest change batteries of the smoke and fire alarms, batteries of the front door lock, and batteries of the garage remote and the guest is responsible for appliance filters
Q: Who pays for the utility bills?
A: The guest. A money request will be sent with the actual usage plus the taxes and website fee
