The host was super responsive and the photos provide a fully accurate representation of the property. This is a comfortable and inviting home, in a neighborhood with multiple dining options as close as just around the corner. Parking was convenient as well. Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect location

Rafis place was amazing! It looked just like the pictures. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Only thing was the shower in the downstairs bedroom clogged up but lucky there were 2 other bathrooms! Would stay again if ever back in Philly!!

Spacious property in hip neighborhood

Three bedrooms and three baths made it easy for our family to stretch out. Up-and-coming neighborhood with great coffee shops in walking distance. Street parking is doable. Helpful hosts.

Great weekend getaway in Philly

We just returned from a weekend in Philly with friends and family. The location is central and across from some of the best cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking around was easy. The place was spacious and clean. Everything is as pictured. Very comfortable. The kids loved sharing a room. We hope to be back again soon!

NYC to Philly Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The whole house was clean and had everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. The parking spot was a definite helpful plus. One thing to note is the primary bedroom downstairs does not have a door. The bedroom itself is recessed pretty far back so you can't see the bedroom if you happen to go down the stairs but it's an important thing to know and I missed that.There are two more lovely bedrooms upstairs that had everything anyone could need. It is definitely a property I would highly recommend.
