The main living space offers views in every direction and high end, designer furniture that you and your guests will love. Enjoy snuggling up on the spacious sofa sectional and watching your favorite movies on the 65” smart TV—or learn to play the magical crystal bowls that the owner left for guests to experience (see photos).

Floor to ceiling windows frame views of the Sedona`s iconic Cockscomb rock formation and Thunder Mountain. The 20’ retractable sliding glass door can be opened to expand the living space onto the spacious upper level deck. The outside deck features a Restoration Hardware seating area with outdoor gas fireplace and a comfortable dining table to enjoy meals amidst the backdrop of the red rocks and extraordinary desert sunsets. The deck is also ideally set up for numerous yoga mats, which are provided at the home.

Off of the main living space, there is also a private office that seats two comfortably if you or someone in your group needs to work remotely.

Bedroom 1 (King Primary): This bedroom is located on the upper level with an en suite private spa-like bathroom and large walk-in closet. Featuring 65` smart TV, expansive windows with a view, blackout curtains, and access to the deck.

Bedroom 2 (King): Located downstairs, this cozy and private bedroom features a 65” smart TV, closet, and reading nook. The large picture window overlooks forest land. Bathroom across the hall is shared with the additional sleeping spaces (see below).

Bedroom 3 (Queen): Also located downstairs, this bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and smart TV. This room opens to the additional living space but can also be closed off with the barn-style door.

Living Room 2 — additional sleeping for 5: The space has been equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, queen daybed, and twin trundle bed to sleep a total of 5. We carefully selected each of these pieces and mattresses to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests. This is a great space for kids/young adults but is also extremely comfortable for adults as well. There are blackout curtains and shades on every window to ensure your group gets plenty of shut-eye with the early rising desert sun.

Living Room 2 opens to the lower wrap around deck that features an outdoor seating area, Jacuzzi hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining area. The upper and lower decks are connected with an outdoor staircase.

This house is truly spectacular but it doesn’t stop on the inside. There are multiple sitting and relaxing areas around the property if you wish to be fully immersed in nature only steps from the home. Find respite under the sweeping Juniper and Pinon trees and enjoy the song of numerous wind chimes throughout the property. During our monsoon season, you may even have the opportunity to witness the arroyo filled with fresh rainwater that creates your own private running creek.

You are also just minutes from Sedona’s most popular trailheads, fun activities, jeep tours, hot air ballooning, local spas, shopping and top rated restaurants.

Luxurious, private, peaceful and so special. Scenic Sanctuary is a vacation home you and your group will always remember.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
