The space
Mid-century rambler has been newly remodeled. One king bed and two twin beds (which can be moved together for a second king bed – just let us know if this is your preference). A private coffee room for relaxing with a beverage, working at the dedicated workspace, or gathering at the game table.
Off-street parking and attached single car garage are especially convenient in colder months.
65” Roku TV with high-speed internet allows streaming of your favorite services as well as fast internet connections. Best enjoyed reclining in the vibrating massage chair or sinking into one of the comfy couches and snuggling up with a cozy throw blanket! Books, games, hot cocoa and decaf coffee are available for those times you prefer to “switch off” and relax.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking or vaping of any substances. No pets without pre-approval. No parties. Not childproofed. Longer bookings can be accommodated and include weekly housekeeping to simplify your stay. Please inquire about longer stays or bookings further than 3 months out.
For the safety and security of our guests, we have a motion-sensing flood light on the front porch which is also a Ring camera. This provides light when coming and going from the house after dark and is controlled by the switch inside the door (note on switch).
We have done updates to the house and your phone map app may show an outdated photo of the house in the old brown color. House now has new blue siding with white trim.
Guest access
Entire house for guest use with the exception of the housekeeping room in the basement.
Other things to note
Full laundry facilities located in clean, but unfinished basement as well as bonus 1/2 bath (toilet and hand sink). 3-season porch is a "work in progress" as the windows are not functional, but the space does provide a nice seasonal place to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening and a fan is provided. The half bath is an enclosed toilet in the basement lanundry area and a separate hand washing sink with mirror.
