The Rustic Secret, tiny apartment, Basement
This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living!
The bookshelf is loaded with several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case they are getting on your nerves!
If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!
The space
Separate paved driveway, fenced in back yard, and of course the entire basement apartment, kitchen with granite countertops, bookshelf, etc…
The EV charger is a Level 2 charger - Type 1. It’s by request only since it’s at a different area of the property.
The bookshelf is loaded with several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case they are getting on your nerves!
