This ground-floor condo is equipped for worry-free convenience, with everyday home essentials, including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The living room sets the stage for casual downtime after a day of exploring, and the private patio provides a scenic perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. There's also a gas grill equipped for alfresco dining. Smart TVs offer modern home entertainment.

Right outside your door, you'll be only steps away from Old Town Florence. Spend the day looking through galleries and shops, and make your Oregon Coast vacation complete with a sampling of local seafood at one of the great dining options in town. When you want to do a little beachcombing, it's only five miles north along Highway 101 to Heceta Beach. Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area is a short drive south.

Wonderful view

Located right on the river with a fabulous view of the bridge. Could watch the river all day so much goes on. Lots of space and very well appointed unit. Loved the ground floor patio - it worked so well with having our pup along.

Great Location but No Internet/TV

Pros: This apartment was clean and so convenient for walking into town. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the river. Beds were cozy. Cons: There was a gross fish smell when we arrived (like someone had cooked fish the night before) and it lingered for a few days. We were most frustrated that the Internet/cable TV never worked — we would have booked another place had we known this since we were working remotely and couldn’t watch March Madness. We notified Vacasa and were informed someone locally would fix the issue but nobody came within the 5 days we were there.
