On a country dirt road close to village of Island Pond that has a lake, beach ,multiple restaurant’s and services.Great area for bicycle riding (20 minutes from Kingdom trails)the state ATV trail system runs thru yard. Jay Peak and Lake Willoughby nearby. Lots of hiking trails.
