Beautiful house in Danvers. Evidently its adjacent to the archeological site where witch hunts began in the 1600s!. Kuan has taken special care to ensure guests are well received. We only had a short stay here but would highly recommend the property to anybody looking to visit the area or recollect before travelling out of Logan.

We went for my sister’s Bachelorette party in Salem and we all had a great time! You can tell the host and his family deeply care about the property and your experience. The house and yard were even more beautiful in person and it was a great place to stay.

This house definitely has a lot of historic charm yet modern and updated. I have stayed at many homes and this host was by far the best host! Communication was incredible from the time we booked until we checked out. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as listed. The host left welcome snacks, wine, and a welcome letter. We spent a lot of time in Salem but relaxing at night at the house was the perfect end to each night. Thank you Kuan! I wouldn’t change a thing and if we ever return to MA, I can’t imagine a better place to stay!

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Close to venue and hotel. Great house with all you need! Many different areas for family to hang out. Loved the large patio and large backyard where kids could run and play. The swing on the tree was perfect. Play set so fun for kids.My husband loved that it was 3 houses down the beginning of the events that lead to the Salem witch trial, The parsonage.Thank you again!

This house is amazing! There are treasures around every corner from the owners' adventures. There isn't one thing that we would change about this house. The beds were comfortable and large enough for adults, the kitchen was stocked with everything a cook would need, and there was even a welcome bottle of wine and a basket of snacks. The outside space is beautiful and adds even more space for a larger group. We loved the extra touches of toiletries, as one of our guests forgot his toothbrush! This house was spotless when we arrived! Kuan is a wonderful host and makes himself available if anything is needed. If you are looking for a house in the Danvers area and it is available, book it!

This is a very clean and spacious home. My husband has limited mobility and uses a walker to get around. Our priorities when renting a home is to find a first floor bedroom, a first floor bathroom, air conditioning and an easy flat walkable area from the car to the door with limited stairs. This house met all of those needs. It has a beautiful outdoor patio with plenty of comfortable seating. We were all able to enjoy the space without difficulty.

We had a great stay while visiting the Salem area. Kuan was an excellent host providing everything we needed from the essentials, locating the driveway with ease, local stores and restaurants. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. No detail was missed. Beautiful home and great outside areas for relaxing with family. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
