Quiet Comfy 3Bd/2B Home w/Hot Tub, Deck & Fire Pit

Our newly renovated modern ranch style home features high-end finishes throughout. It’s 22 minutes to the airport (CMH), and just minutes off I-70 and near Bexley. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this residential neighborhood. The home is full of premium amenities such as a new hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and barbeque grill. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with loved ones, and is only a 7 mile drive away from all the action in downtown Columbus.


The space:
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking essentials in order for our guests to make gourmet meals during their stay. There is even a charcoal grill located on our back deck for the grill master in your party! There is a large washing machine and dryer in the unfinished basement, 4 TVs, an electric fireplace in the king bedroom, wifi, a brand new top of the line outdoor 5-person hot tub, and a firepit for roasting marshmallows and staying warm on cold nights.


Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.

For the convenience of our guests, we use a smart-lock system which allows for easy, no-contact check-in.

The property has a driveway which can accommodate 3 to 4 large vehicles.


Other things to note:
Walmart, Aldi, and Kroger are all within 2-3 miles. There’s also a CVS and Walgreens just 4 minutes away.

Host Wendy was very helpful with questions. The home was clean and had good-sized rooms and ample supplies for our stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood and that it was near several interesting places, like the Franklin Park Conservatory.

Thank you.! The house was exactly what we were looking for after attending a festival each day. Someplace quiet and comfortable to re charge our batteries for the next day. Wendy was extremely helpful in accommodating our early arrival and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend any of her properties and since we frequently travel to Columbus, we will as well.

The house size was perfect for the 4 of us. We liked the extras such as snacks, paper products, waters, shower supplies, etc.The hot tub worked good but the cover was very heavy for women to handle. Only access is through Master bedroom. Sliding door is not easy to maneuver & the blinds need to be replaced.House was clean & living area comfortable. Washer had some issues with it but knew how to work through them having experienced same issues at our house. Washer & dryer are in the basement & stairs are steep.Master room TV was stuck on Netflix & we couldn’t get it to move from there so we ended up not using it. TV in living room had a few issues with the streaming channels suddenly closing on us & the TV froze at 1 point but for most part, that TV worked fine.Water pressure was great & hot water is definitely hot!Kitchen was a good size for the 4 of us but was a little tight when we were in it altogether.

Great house!

Clean and well maintained inside, lots of little homey extras! On a cul de sac which was really nice! Back deck and yard were a nice little space, relatively private, loved the hot tub and nice having the grill and fire pit available! Only negative was a little run down on the outside and a lot of highway noise in the back yard.

My husband and I and another couple who are friends of ours stayed for a long weekend get-away. The property was exactly as portrayed and even better. We trait enjoyed spending quality time with our friends. Making meals and laughing in the hot tub. Everything was so perfect. The beds were the most comfortable out of house we have ever stayed in before. We really enjoyed all the amenities that were pfit our comfort. Well be back agin!

None of the doors would close correctly. Didnt dare use the oven as the bottom of the oven was a mess. Garbage hadn’t been taken out by the previous tenant. The Roku tv was very difficult to navigate. The driveway and sidewalk proved a difficult obstacle for us seniors. Shower was tiny, reminded me of my camper. Freeway is right behind the house.
